Great announcement. With people, strategy, execution and capital being central pillars for business success, this continues to bolster the expertise/people SGC need to capitalise on the assets they own. Sally, if you read this with a glass half full mindset (and understand the SGC asset base), you'd read that they are planning to see if they can extract more out of their other Californian assets IN ADDITION to continuing to explore the best possible pathway for Borba, which at the moment seems focussed on Hydrogen. Good executives are always looking for ways to increase shareholder value and to do that, they keep an open mind and are prepared to pivot as and where needed.
