I mentioned this on the XST post yesterday but wanted to put my 2c in here.
From my experience, the flipping (selling of capital raise shares) usually only lasts about 3-4 days before we return to normal volume and trading.
I think the price will hold up well in the 4's. There has been support at this level for some time now and the fundamentals of the company are exactly the same as they were 2 days ago when the new shares hadn't been allotted.
SGC also has historically bounced hard from the current price at 4 to the 5's.
All in my opinion of course..
