I've been reading the Cokal thread (CKA) for the past six months to keep an eye on their forestry approval progress and note that PT Cakra Mineral Tbk (CKRA) and Cokal Limited (ASX:CKA) have entered into a Bid Implementation Agreement under which CKRA will make a conditional off market takeover bid for all of the shares in Cokal (Offer).


Boelio Muliadi is the President Director of PT Cakra Mineral Tbk and the owner of Universal Coal Resources (PZC HOA). Its also interesting to note that Domenic Martino is a director of Cokal Limited and holds circa 37 million shares
