I stand corrected on the bonus, Jim. I thought he may have mentioned the forgoing part in the Kohler interview but I may have been mistaken.

The action against WTG definitely needed to happen for the sake of transparency. I won't be terribly disappointed if the claim is rejected. At the end of the day, both companies agreed to certain terms and conditions and it will be for both sides to argue their case. What the market needs is transparency as to what was agreed and who stuffed up.
