    MB is the top CA firm in the country spending many months several hundred thousand dollars investigating the matter to determine likelihood of success. I believe If they are satisfied and moving forward there is a strong case.

    Also if I remember correctly ACA lawyers were provided $500,000 by their litigation funders to investigate (ongoing) and determine likelihood of success.
