In the interview Grech said something along the lines of that he didn't resign because being a leader is about facing up to problems rather than running away from then
I thought Kohler' response was very astute. having used this rationale to justify his own position, could it then not also be used by senior executives further down the chain when they make serious errors of judgment? And if so, what happens to the principle of accountability in the organisation?
