Ann: SGH advises Watchstone Group Plc of claim under SPA-SGH.AX, page-80

Hi Eagle,

I need to borrow your experience and brain power, as I am confused about the ANN saying that the purchase of the PDS divisioin was a share purchase and not an asset purchase.

If the purchase was a share purchase, doesn't it mean SGH hold shares in WTG? I haven't seen any such evidence in the Financial Statements... or maybe I am not looking at the right place.
