Given the size and scale of this transaction, I think you'll find this would have been subject to substantial in-house DD.
Either the information supplied was not accurate or two professional bodies SGH & WBC have made glaring mistakes.
Guessing it's a blend of both and can't see WBC airing its own internal failings easily...
