It's not fair to call people fools who don't have the evidence in the hands of either party here (SGH or MB). Neither company would file cases such as these for the hell of it. If SGH misled shareholders then perhaps there's some truth in any assumption that they may have been misled also. The last few years and position of the company says it all for everyone involved.
We didn't see this card coming until it was flashed before our eyes, and we won't see the results of the cases until we know them. Nobody has a crystal ball here. There's an element of risk in any stock on the market.
