    It depends on whether you share holders vote yes or no to the proposed recap from the vulture funds you are heavily indebted to. Vote yes and your holdings will be worth 5% of what they were (in very generalised terms), vote no and the ball is in the hands of the vulture funds and no one outside of their own boardroom knows what course of action they will take.

    The bottom line is that you have bought shares in a company with debt so bad that it is unable to service it and worsening every day and that debt was bought at a bargain price by, and now owed toompanies who are the corporate equivalent of loan sharks.

    No one knows what the outcome for SGH as an entity will be but it is no sure thing to survive and even less so to prove profitable for anyone other than the hedge funds who now control it.
