"Much has been written about our company’s move into oil and gas and in particular our involvement in Nexus. Whilst the Nexus acquisition is before regulators and Court we are currently not in a position to provide any further details at this time. At all times we have acted properly and in the best interest of all parties, and we are sorry shareholders did not accept an offer that exceeds what they are currently facing."
