The board of directors (the “Board”) of Beijing Gas Blue Sky Holdings Limited (the “Company”) hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Wednesday, 29 March 2017 for the purpose of, among other matters, approving the announcement of the annual results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2016 for publication, considering and recommendation on the payment of a final dividend (if any) and transacting any other business.
Now I wonder if we are one of their subsidiaries? From Triple's announcements, it said BSP is our parent company. Now I am hoping the bold words would include us. I cant see Shaanmei sitting on their hands letting us not pay and still have the acreage??? I wont if I were them but then we did take a long time for the Moke deal which didnt end up happening.
