I agree GB a nice little earn from ~15,000 oz Au high grade resource.
This would be one of the options being looked at by DT to delay/reduce CR and further dilution.
As you say and I agree a 50/50 JV would be a logical deal... and gold at record high prices should see a partner.
Further drilling could/should see more oz's added for more income.
Basic back of envelope value.... just spec... as follows.
15,000 oz / 2 .... 50/50 JV.... ~ 7,5000 DRE oz's at say A$3500 minus AISC ~ $1750????.... just a guess gives ~ A$1750 profit.
That gives DRE ~ A$13M profit.... over LOM.... say 5yrs? maybe a bit more.
So ~ A$2.5M per year. Not a lot but in difficult times.... would see funding for a couple of campaigns per year.
More importantly this would buy time for REE market to pick up and hopefully another discovery or two.
TY.... get up there and find that mother of a copper load.
Everything future wise looks like needing much more Cu.
