There is massive sell side liquidity all the way up to 9c. The market will normally take it. Each liquidation requires selers (especially naked shorters) to buy shares, hence why you can see huge spikes higher whereby nobody wants to provide sell liquidity for these buyers.

Then you have the canandrum often presented to many engineers: if the building undergoes structual failure after 20 years was it ever an engineering success? or for the case of DRE... were the sellers over the past 2 years right? Perhaps as trades, but as investors? Time will tell.
