Once 90% of the target is achieved it goes into what is known as mop up.
If you are in the remaining 10% your shares go into freeze mode until all shares are acquired which in my experience has taken 6-8 weeks.
That's the fear that some holders fall into and sell to avoid not having access to re invest those funds.
