My only experience with takeovers is Sirius Resources to Independence Group. IGO bought them at a large premium and SIR so went up but after the deal was done and IGO shares were in my trading account their share price had nearly halved. There was also a cash consideration and demerger S2R but it didn't work out that great. Hopefully DEG won't fall to the big boys.
