Hi @norm
RIO already has taken an interest - with a large holding east of WA1 - and a JV over one of Tali Resources P/L's tenement. Which btw is run by Simon Lill of DEG and IR1 fame.
But I chose ENR as my stake in this region (not WA1 or CGR or CUF or the other players)
Here are the tenements held by ENR and WA1 and Tali and CGR.
Note the dashed outline means the tenement is pending - and that most ENR tenements in the area of interest are granted while only small WA1 tenements are. However ENR tenements to the north are pending. NB subject to change of course.
Here is Magnitics over what I call the 'area of interest. And then the next slide is Magnetic Anomalies - The RIO/Tali Resources JV might have some good ground. But honestly I am not yet able to interpret the geology and how it might highlight the carbonatlite intrusions which brought up the Nb.
This graphic is Radiometrics over the 'area of interest' - Red is radioactive Potassium, Blue is Uranium and Green is Thorium. All three are associated with intrusive activity ( I think - comments most welcome) - and the areas of pink surrounded by blue/green with pink attract my attention.
Now we will look closer over the ENR + WA1 tenements where carbonitites have been mapped and where WA1 has done drilling and assays - see their ann today. Excellent results IMO.
First this is bedrock geology with structures (faults etc)
Now here is Gravity. The companies no doubt have much more accurate gravity maps. I expect gravity will be important but perhaps a subtle influence, and determined by accuracy of maps and depth of focus.
Magnetic Anomalies again.
And finally the Radiometrics.
It looks to me that both WA1 and ENR have great ground to explore, in particular I like the pink areas within the bright blue/green - that means areas of potassium enrichment within U/Th areas. But that is just my wild guess - hopefully in time I will learn the facts.
Finally, I chose ENR because of granted tenements over the 'hot' ground - and lower M.Cap.
This is just my view - remember 'a little knowledge is a dangerous thing' - and therefore this is not advice.
GL all and Merry Christmas.
