Strange point of view - most niobium tech has been developed by CBMM in Brazil or other western nations. So this does not influence ENR as much as other REE players. Anyway as I understand it China's biggest point of advantage is their willingness to curtail environmental issues when processing REEs. (and in processing the Blackmass obtained by crushing and grinding old batteries etc. before recycling)
IMO by the time the W.Arunta players are mining their rich and fortuitous deposits there will be acceptable process streams on hand. Perhaps thanks to CBMM.
