I won't touch a stock if the prospectus includes 0.1c seed capital or shares paid to promoters. As an example, for all its faults, FME's biggest problem is the merry band of Twitter personalities who have tried to sell it to the masses.
OZM doesn't need all that crap, it will do its promotion with actions.
