one message i picked up from Pumphrey in his interview, he mentioned ( actual quality product ) means he is certain that its a quality minable resource he has found, identical to NST next door, many find the 150/300m hits but the quality is low, difficult to extract the gold or whatever it is they found.. Pumphrey confirmed it to be quality.. nice little piece of info he snuck in
