Yes PnB, it is welcomed news. They don't say how long they anticipate it will take to get the final development & construction approvals completed, nor do they indicate an expected timeline for the financing deal to be signed.
BUT, what we do know is that they have only two more quarters of 'currently available funding' (according to their quarterly burn rate) before more Capital will be required to fill the piggy bank.

Let's hope that they can bed-down the afore mentioned, prior to any CR that may be required.
