re: Ann: Shambesai Project receives official ... Well this stock is cheap by any means considering its low cost production when finance is achieved. The current market cap is around 13 m$ and the free cash flow of one year's production will be two - three times that amount.
Today's ann significantly derisked the sovereign risk for us and will definitely help us in attaining finance. With the 5 m $ raised the capital requirements for the project should be lower now so my guess is that they need to secure around 35 m$ in debt to get this project fully funded.
MSR could become a great growth stock as the sector recovers and Msr expands its production from 55k oz / year to 100k oz+..
