I think the form is a copy of the one sent out by post probably 4-5 months ago. The form they emailed me didn’t have my updated shareholding.
My understanding is in the early stages of the offer you could only accept by post, so an older form would say that.
Shandong receiver a waiver from that post requirement though as below, so I think email is all good.
