just wondering is anyone out there is having trouble recieveing the personalised acceptance forms from computer share ?
ive called them several times for it and kept telling me ill recieve the form via email within the hour, and then within 24 hours etc over the recent week. getting really angry with the delay and constanly verifing my email with them still not getting through.
Has anyone else exprience this problem or found an alternative?
otherwise i have to really hassle them on monday. Its becoming absurd on computershare's end.
