I accepted the offer last week for all my shares (most with CGT discount).
As I said, I think Shandong will get to 90% and will extend until they do. Being a slow time of year probably means some delays in the acceptances as with slowness in postal systems etc.
Another offer seems extremely improbable at this point as does Shandong raising their price.
