in my opinion the offer will end 12 Jan 2020 .. thereafter a quiet period , during this time Shangdong will aquire more shares from the unpatient sellers below the current offer price .. later they will start a new offer for the remaining shares ... so they don't have to pay the difference from 1.075 to X (in the event they will raise now. Maybe dilution will occour down the road and 1.075 AUD will be the best price we get ... i will tender my remaining shares to them..there are many cheap opportunities out there.. Chesser, Oklo, Roscan, GoldX and others... no need to wait here .... this stock had an superb run, but now its over
