Yeah definitely a strange turn of events today and well done to any holders that sold out on the pop. The due diligence was the main condition that worried me. ie: what would happen if they do the DD and don't like something and walk away after a month or so. If they were really genuine this would have been done well before a bid being thrown in the ring. There maybe another twist in the tale but chances are low now I'd say.
