SD thinks it's a competing offer and hence have raised their bid to $1.05. Nord thinks it is not a competing offer and hence have not raised their bid. Now that SD has raised bid to $1.05, will Nord make a raised offer to counter SD's competing offer or will they contest SD's act of increasing their bid to 1.05?
