If we don't hear from the ASX before trading this morning I'm inclined to believe they will not intervene at all regards the third TO offer allowing SG to resume bidding. Given the Ghana bidder previously made offers in May, June etc demonstrates they were genuinely interested and seem financial enough to be credible. Probably that decision to allow was made yesterday when they first received the TO offer and went into a TH.
Game on, let's see what Nord does and how long before they match SG....
