Grenfire - I thought the same thing, however I now have myself thinking that maybe it only relates to this placement (being 100 shares) and could be a standard statement. Need to check for a similar statement in the prospectus from the first placement, or otherwise confirmation on whether they were restricted or not.

If the statement only relates to these 100 shares and is essentially irrelevant, then the big question remains as to what this is all about. If it relates to the first placement shares and that they were restricted but now can be traded then let's hope there is a good purpose to this to keep lifting the SP!
