    They're all very similar to all of the other agreements. Most, if not all of the agreements, seem to be equal revenue share. Problem is - there is never any revenue...

    There is little transparency in how they actually plan to make money from their app. There is a obviously a subscription and the only other revenue stream is reselling of gaming gift cards or whatever which is still not active/working after how many months now? From what I can see anyway.

    If it's solely a subscription based revenue stream, they will need tens of thousands of subscribers to generate anything meaningful. At the moment they have very little to no subs from what I understand from their financials.

    It's a very, very difficult revenue model, IMO - as it relies on tens of thousands of active subscribers which is extremely difficult to obtain, as evidenced by all the partnerships supposed to be promoting and driving users/subscribers to the app.
