    Hi Blister - just to clarify, MCT has an MOU with CNFC Equipment Co Ltd - a holding subsidiary company of the zinc project development group China Nonferrous Metals (NFC) to review, finance, develop and construct Admiral Bay. (These guys are giants - worth googling)
    MCT also has an MOU with Shanghai Metals to fund, develop and acquire Lithium Projects to incorporate Cobalt.
    Different entities, different sectors.
