I would imagine ShanShan did major DD before they took over the shareholding of that other company (not giving them the satisfaction of mentioning their name on here anymore) and were also privy to other sensitive info before increasing their stake and handing over millions more in cash ..... while they have not declared any offtake arrangements to date IMO there is a lot going on behind the scenes and they will declare their hand soon enough

I will again emphasise the BoD have obviously not been sitting on their hands doing nothing as is proven by the 14 announcements in 30 days .... ShanShan and the BoD alone now hold almost 50% of the company (vis-a-vis ‘a lot of skin in the game’ so I am sure there is a lot more to come as this little lithium miner turns into a force to be reckoned with
