    how long is a piece of string? My feeling is no, otherwise why wouldn’t they have structured the buyback as 56% guaranteed and you could tender extra that would be bought if there was a shortfall.

    Either they have decided they will retain the extra cash for funding for the new businesses or maybe do an on market. My feeling is they will just keep the money.
