if you are long on WHC shorting NHC makes no sense… they are both killing it.
WHC is a bigger operation and having higher capital gains especially because of buy backs. But NHC fully franked divvies are great as well, last 6 month divi is a 25% return for me alone.. not to mention my 3x capital gain.
As I said both killing it, the key now is to find the top. (Maybe 12 months time?)
