It is in the Annual Report. At 30 June debt was $184 million at 7.3%. Land purchases will fall off this year to $40-60 million and net cash inflow should mean debt will reduce on my reading. Sales contracts due this year totalled $169 million at 30 June and of course more sales may be made during the year.
