thanks I read through the latest Annual Report.
however I had already bought a small amount of shares.
what I don't understand is the debt is broken down in 2 parts with 2 very different interest rates- 7.5% and I think from memory 9.3%.
plus there is the swap agreements which add to the funding cost.i havent read enough on theIr swap agreements so have lIttle colour.
yet the company has announced a buyback with borrowed money...
and is paying out 18 cents plus in dividends.
have read through morgans REsearch - does anyone else cover them?
who Is shortIng the stock? any Idea?
