    This is the cheapest stock in the property sector, lowest forward PE, highest cash on cash yield and embedded growth with very high quality projects to go to market in FY19 and FY20 at affordable prices for customers. lucky I doubled up at $2. now the market buy back is going to be even more accretive. accretive to EPS and accretive to NTA. cash machine.
