not a bad idea in my view...
I see it as a little window dressing to support the share price but without the need to access equity from the market in the next few years may help out down the track when they do need to raise additional funds with the share price hopefully much higher & thus at less dilution...
still would like to see a much more detailed plan on where the cash will be spent and when...
