    Yes, they are not under obligation to buy back a single share. However, according to ASX rules, they are under obligation to inform the market immediately if their intention regarding buy back has changed (Appendix 3D) or they decided to stop buying back (Appendix 3F)
    Since there were no such notifications I assume buy back is still in play. If by end of buy back period company won't buy a single share and market is not informed I guess ASIC would have some questions
