    Fair enough - thanks for that. I hadnt thought of that angle.
    I suppose if discussions are currently friendly they will want to keep bidders onside by not increasing pre-bid price.

    Ultimately if that is in best interest of shareholders - i dont know. I am not experienced in such to be able to comment.

    Time will tell.
