All the announcement was doing was cleansing the market. In my view in preparation for the buyback.

it is always good to do a buyback if you trade at less than intrinsic value - which i am certain we are now. its earnings accretive.

How does a buyback make it hard to value the business? The business will be valued on a metric such as EV/EBITDA which is not impacted by the buyback.

What has paying for the buyback got to do with anything? They have excess cash - otherwise they wouldnt have put it in place.

you did not work in financial company or involve the M&A case, but I did. so I respect you point. but I just let you know it is common sense. you can accept it or not. but that is the thing.

also business value not simple like you said EV/EBITDA, or intrinsic value. there are many other things need to be consider
