correct, you only do a buyback when your own stock is undervalued.
If it is overvalued or fairly valued then you spend your hard earned cash on smarter investments. You don't throw money at something just becuase you said you would.
that being said, they should be loading up the buyback truck at today's prices, before the stock rises back to $4.50, ... at which time the horse will have bolted
correct, you only do a buyback when your own stock is...
