    results now out - but is the share buyback better value than project investment? Hope maths are good.
    TPR sold SAR shares for $13.4m
    less loan repaid ($.93m)
    = $12.47m + $3.3m SAR shares @ 0.46cps plus cash = $15.8m cash and shares
    divvied by 68.75m TPR shares issue = .23c per share
    Market Cap of $10m @ .145 on 04/08/14 = discount of $5.8m
