    Whenever they like I would say. They declared a dividend for 2015-16 on 2 November 2016 so it could be any time in 2017 for 2016-17, or they could wait until they produce the half yearly in early 2018 and make it an interim. It depends on profits, cash available, future acquisitions and the need for working capital if there are any large contracts possible.
