Going from one failed project to the next failed project as they seem desperate to maintain there lifestyle. Out of ideas they plan a stock consolidation so that they can drive the stock price lower with continued capital raises to maintain this lifestyle company. They are going to need to sell the next capital raise and will probably need to offer extremely attractive conditions which will only further anchor the stock price. This company is going no where and is a disaster for investors.
