Any thoughts? Something on the verge of happening? I would think this wouldn't be necessary unless it's the final hurdle to closing a deal. I'm pretty bad at dissecting these announcements so I'd love to hear some good theories.
Interesting to note that the offer is renounceable. I don't think I've ever held a stock that gave that option.
