recent buying at 1-1.1 cents
low issue price to ensure it's attractive to current holders
renounceable meaning you can buy/sell your rights but more importantly they will get filled by someone
they have enough cash to continue as per usual without this which makes me think there is something happening
eqx consolidated just before they acquired their ore projects
