If that was the case then:
1. Lenze would have developed the App locally.
2. The huge tech outsourcing companies in India for example, would not have a business model
3. The likes of Google etc would only develop under 1 roof. Big hint: they don't

Where do you get your ideas from Stooge Stuie? Have you ever worked in tech? I have. And spent 10-15 years in Asia. There's a big world out there, beyond Adelaide.

Yes but they don't outsource developers to work on their core product do they? In terms of logistic, security and governance (corporate and regional laws), I wouldn't and I heard differently about developers in India.....but it depends who you get.

And they wanted Jemsoft/MIC's IP anyway so it's an added bonus that some of their developers were already working on ADRC prior to the acquisition.
