Either -
1: First Samuels didn’t do their due diligence when buying into NSL; and/or
2: Cedric spun a web of deceit and convinced FS that NSL was a future cash cow; or
3: FS has more intimate knowledge about the company than we punters are privy to.

FS will likely vote NO to Cedric’s performance bonus tomorrow if they now feel like they have been duded by Cedric!

Either way the current share price should be a point of embarrassment for Cedric.
